OSG has engaged in detailed pre-application processes with West Berkshire Council planning officers to develop proposals which are suitable for the site.

Ahead of submitting a planning application, OSG are asking community representatives, the local community and interest groups to share their views on the proposals.

Feedback from the local community is very important to OSG and all comments received during the consultation will be carefully reviewed by the project team.

The views of residents will be carefully balanced against the requirements of national and local planning policy, the views of planning officers and other statutory consultees, when finalising the planning application.

The deadline for providing feedback is 7^th July. Feedback received after this period will still be reviewed by the project team but may not be included in the final submission.
